What the app does
Showing Copilot helps real-estate agents turn a short voice or typed note about a showing into structured feedback, a client profile, follow-up drafts and reminders.
What stays on your phone
Your clients, properties, notes, transcripts, confirmed feedback, buyer profiles, drafts and reminders are stored on your device only. We do not keep a copy on our servers. There is no account and no sign-in.
What is sent to our server
- To process a note: the audio recording (or your typed note), plus the client name, property address and date so the result can be matched correctly. These are processed in memory and are not stored after the request finishes. Audio is deleted from the server immediately and from your phone once processed.
- To write a follow-up draft: the feedback facts you confirmed (likes, concerns, next steps). Budget, quotes and transcripts are not included.
- Anonymous usage counts: app-open, step-completed and error events, with no names, addresses, budgets, transcript text or advertising identifiers.
- An anonymous install token generated on your phone. Only a hash of it is stored, to apply fair-use limits.
Service providers
Recordings and text are processed by AI providers through their APIs: OpenAI, and OpenRouter as a gateway to models from OpenAI and other providers. We only route to endpoints with zero data retention that do not train on data, and we request that responses not be stored. Our hosting provider sees network metadata needed to run the service.
Your controls
- Settings → delete a client, or Delete all my data, removes local data and asks the server to erase its anonymous records for your install.
- Settings → export your data.
- Settings → turn off anonymous usage counts.
Children
The app is for working professionals and is not directed at children.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date.
